Here is a selection of approved ICF coaching recordings for your listening pleasure.
Listening to them can help you understand what an assessor is looking for, the difference between the three levels, and that there are many different coaching styles. This means you shoud bring YOU to the coaching session, regardless of the level you are coaching at:) Yay!
 
Of course listening to these sessions is optional, but many coaches report experiencing tremendous value from reviewing these recordings.
